Welcome to Guam & the Northern Marianas
Centrally located in the Western Pacific, Guam is the largest and southernmost island of the Marianas Island chain. Of the thirteen additional islands in the Northern Marianas chain only three others are regularly visited Saipan, Tinian & Rota. The Mariana Islands were formed by underwater mountains. The tips of those mountains protrude from the sea and sit next to the Marianas Trench which is the deepest known point undersea.
The islands comprise a variety of terrain with mountain and plateau area's making each of the islands landscape unique. Over time, coral reefs formed around the islands, creating spectacular beaches and lagoons. The largest island Guam is 30 miles long with a total land area of 212 square miles. Temperatures on the islands range from 75 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping islanders pleasantly warm year-round.
